Refund & Exchange Policy

At ALIMER, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every automotive bulb is individually tested before it is packaged and shipped to ensure it is fully functional.

Returns

Due to the nature of automotive bulbs and electrical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:

  • Installed or used.

  • Damaged after delivery.

  • Incorrectly ordered by the customer.

  • No longer required or purchased by mistake.

If you are unsure which bulb fits your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help you choose the correct product.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

All bulbs are tested before dispatch and are guaranteed against Dead on Arrival (DOA).

If you believe your bulb is DOA, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs, a description of the issue, or additional information to verify the claim before approving a replacement or refund.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Out of Stock

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • An exchange for another available product of equal value (or pay the difference for a higher-priced item).

Warranty Exclusions

This policy does not cover products that fail or become damaged due to:

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Use with the wrong bulb socket or vehicle application.

  • Incorrect voltage or electrical surges.

  • Faults within the vehicle's electrical system.

  • Moisture or water ingress.

  • Physical damage, impact, or accidental breakage.

  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations.

  • Normal wear and tear or the end of the bulb's service life.

Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the selected bulb is compatible with their vehicle. Compatibility information provided by ALIMER is offered as a guide only and should be verified before installation.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
