Vehicle compatibility information is provided as a guide only. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before placing an order.

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery service, ALIMER is not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control.

All bulbs are individually tested before dispatch and are guaranteed against Dead on Arrival (DOA).

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our published Refund & Exchange Policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information.

  • Ensure the selected product is compatible with their vehicle.

  • Follow all installation instructions.

  • Use products safely and for their intended purpose.

ALIMER is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, incorrect voltage, vehicle electrical faults, or modifications.
