Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the following business day.

We currently ship throughout Mauritius and Rodrigues.

Available delivery options are displayed during checkout and may include:

  • Free local pickup

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Mauritius: 3–8 business days

  • Rodrigues: Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service.

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Free Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Rose Hill, Mauritius.

Customers selecting Local Pickup will be contacted once their order is ready for collection. Please bring proof of purchase when collecting your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

ALIMER is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the shipping provider, delivery times are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will assist in locating your shipment.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs of:

  • The parcel.

  • The packaging.

  • The product.

This will help us investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
